The selected candidate will receive an official invitation to sign off the Sponsorship Agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the sponsorship, including responsibilities, expectations, and benefits for both parties. It is crucial that the candidate thoroughly reviews the document and ensures they understand all aspects before signing. This step formalizes the candidate's participation and solidifies the commitment from both the candidate and the institution.
